About the Program The Tenancy Advocacy and Education Service, operated by PCLS, provides free advice and assistance to individuals experiencing problems with their tenancies. About Us PCLS has regional offices in Karratha, Roebourne, South Hedland, and Newman. We offer a range of services including: Legal Services Financial Counselling Tenant Advice and Education Service Housing Support Domestic Violence Advocacy & Support Redress Support Settlement, Engagement and Transition Services (SETS) About the Opportunity We have a vacancy, based in our Karratha office. This position is Full-time, 10 days per fortnight or 38 hours per week. Organisation: Ability to coordinate and track tasks and projects using a range of technology with attention to detail. Ability to manage your time at work and be organised. Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural sensitivity. Previous involvement in the Community Legal Sector and knowledge of the Action Step database preferred.
