To learn more, watch this short 3-min video to see how you feel about our culture?We are looking for a part-time, Studio Operations Specialist Cover for our Midland studio. Currently, this role covers shifts and duties in the studio, supporting the Studio Operations Specialist. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role reporting directly to the Studio Success Manager. As this position functions as a cover role, there are no fixed shifts or predetermined hours, and we will contact you when your services are needed.Youll assume responsibility for our members experience in the studio. Every sense what they see, hear, touch and smell to ensure a 5-star class experience every time!Specific duties include:Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equipmentMaintaining studio comfort and ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and any odours (with air freshening methods)Managing stock and coordinating deliveriesMonitoring and troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop (we love tech that makes our jobs easier!)Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance needsOn call to address occasional, urgent cleaning and maintenance needsProactive engagement with members (wed love you to enjoy the studio with regular classes)Connecting with local businesses to promote ProntoReporting to your manager on essential studio statsTo secure an interview, you should possess the following qualities:Be meticulous about cleanliness and order (think Marie Kondo).Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelySelf-managing and taking initiative to always serve our members wellProven reliability in admin or supervisory rolesConfidence to connect with members and local businessesApplicants who are investors in Pronto Pilates, or who are a friend or relative of any investor, are not eligible to apply.Experience in the Pilates or fitness industry is not necessary. We will train you on everything you need to know in our supportive and team-oriented environment.When this cover position is needed, the hours could be an 8 10-hour/week contractual role. Nominal hours of work are Monday through Sunday, with four set shifts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri and one day on the weekend of your choosing). Working hours are flexible; however, they need to be outside of member peak hours, which are 5:15-9:00 am and 4:30-7:30 pm. In addition, there is the possibility of call-outs, events and local area networking.
