The Role We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a Plant Operator on a FullTime Permanent or FixedTerm basis at our Esperance Terminal. Responsibilities Grain sampling, receivals and plant hygiene Control room operations Fumigation management and grain preparation for shipping, focusing on safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement Physical duties include bending, stretching, climbing ladders, some computer data entry, and working in confined spaces, at heights and in a hot, dusty environment Potential IC work during harvest periods Qualifications Experience working in a teamfocused environment in the grain handling industry Basic computer skills Possession of FEL, EWP, MR or HR tickets/license highly advantageous Ability to work at heights, confined spaces and in dusty environments Reside in Esperance or a nearby area Benefits Ongoing training and development opportunities 13weeks paid parental leave (regardless of gender) Employee assistance program Salary sacrificing options CBH welcomes applications from diverse backgrounds and embraces inclusivity and diversity in our workforce.
