We are CBH The Role We are seeking motivated and safetyconscious individuals to join our team as a Plant Operators on either a Full-Time Permanent or Fixed Term basis at our Esperance Terminal. This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers. Our Operations can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Roster: 4:4 (shift patterns consisting of four 12hour days, sliders and nights) Responsibilities include: Grain sampling, receivals and plant hygiene Control room operations Fumigation management as well as preparing grain for shipping while at all times focusing on safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement. Physically, the role involves bending, stretching, climbing ladders, some computer data entry, and working in confined spaces, at heights and in a hot and dusty environment. Potential IC work included during harvest periods About You: Experience working in a teamfocused environment in the grain handling industry Basic computer skills Possession of FEL, EWP, MR or HR tickets/license highly advantageous Ability to work at heights, confined spaces and in dusty environments Any offer of employment will be subject to the outcome of preemployment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
