Overview Pay- 16-17 - 7.55 per hour 18+ - 12.21 per hour Your local store is looking for 16 hrs per week Stock Assistant - Early Mornings. Every visit to our store is a chance to make someones day - and youll be right there to make sure it happens, from the first hello to the final thank you. Our Sales Assistants are the foundation of our stores - a brilliant team at the heart of everything we do. With a focus on creating great experiences, theyre the first to lend a helping hand, always ready to offer support and guidance. Whether its finding the perfect item or offering a little inspiration, they make sure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for, and a lasting impression that brings them back time and time again. As a delivery specialist, youll be one of the first to arrive, and one of the key reasons our stores are ready to welcome customers the moment the doors open. Youll be handson with deliveries, checking stock, and getting products onto the shop floor. But this isnt just a backroom role. Youll also be out front, keeping displays looking their best, updating prices, and making sure everythings easy to find and ready to go. Youll be great at juggling tasks and staying organised, keeping our back room running smoothly so that our shop floor can too. And whether a customer needs help finding something or just a friendly face, youll be there to make their morning feel that little bit brighter. Shift starts between 5am6am - so everythings in place before the first customer walks through the door. What you''ll be doing Youll be customer obsessed always considering the impact of your actions on the customer experience and striving to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way Youll consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience Handling stock and the flow of products, including preparing the deliveries ready to be merchandised on to the shopfloor Braking down the deliveries, organising product into separate departments and sub-categories to ensure optimum efficiency when replenishing stock. Organising and maintaining good warehouse controls, ensuring a clean and safe working area Preparing totes and pallets ready for salvage collection Whilst your focus will be on delivery, youll be trained in all aspects of customer-facing store life, such as: Tills Offering a friendly and efficient checkout experience. Youll take the time to check everythings complete and pack fragile items with care, making sure every shopper leaves feeling confident their items will arrive home safely and in perfect condition Shop Floor Helping shoppers find exactly what theyre looking for - and maybe even something they didnt know they needed. Youll offer friendly, knowledgeable support that leaves a lasting impression, building loyalty through genuine service and a real passion for our products and people Hosting When something isnt available on the shelves, youll step in with confidence, using our iPad systems to place orders for home delivery, making sure no one leaves empty-handed. Youll also be trained to deliver our fantastic Made to Measure service, helping create bespoke curtains and blinds tailored to each shoppers needs.
