This casual position requires availability for weekends and on-call duties as needed.Dental Assistant | My Implant DentistLocation: Pelago Dental, KarrathaAbout the RoleIn this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:Assisting dentists chairside during proceduresPreparing and sterilising instruments to the highest infection control standardsProviding patients with a warm, professional and reassuring experienceManaging clinical stock and preparing treatment rooms efficientlySupporting the team to maintain seamless daily operationsReceptionist responsibilities include:Managing front desk operationsBooking and coordinating appointmentsHandling phone and email enquiriesSupporting patient care and educationCollaborating with the clinical and management teamContributing to administrative and sales support tasksYou''ll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.About YouWe''re looking for someone who is:Customer-focused with excellent communication skillsWell-presented and confident with a positive attitudeDetail-oriented and highly organisedProactive and eager to learnA genuine team player, able to work collaborativelyPassionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistryEligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rightsExperience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential full training will be provided.
