About The Role As the Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary bridge between our International Markets Group (IMG) business operations which includes but not limited to: Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Thailand. In this role, you will own the end-to-end functional design for key initiatives (beyond gathering requirements), collaborating with the Tech Lead and Developers to speed time-to-market, and provide internal and external mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery. This position reports directly to the Technical Product Manager, Salesforce Service and is based at our IMG Product Development site in Broadmeadows, operating on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office. Responsibilities Strategic Requirements Engineering: Lead global workshops to elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements. Translate these into strict Salesforce-specific functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria (Gherkin syntax) that are ready for development. Integrated Quality & Feedback Leadership: Champion a "Show, Don''t Just Tell" approach by leading frequent, high-impact Product Demos to validate features iteratively and minimize downstream rework. Subsequently, lead the formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, ensuring a smooth final validation by developing test plans and coordinating global business testers to meet the "Definition of Done." AI & Innovation Strategy: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologiessuch as Salesforce Agentforce , Einstein AI, and automationto drive operational efficiency. Guide business stakeholders on the "Art of the Possible" with AI, helping them transition from traditional processes to intelligent, data-driven workflows. Functional Solution Design (Hands-On): Partner with the Tech Lead to design and implement scalable solutions for small-to-medium initiatives. You will actively configure standard functionalities (Custom Objects, Flows, Dynamic Forms) to prototype solutions, reducing reliance on the Principal Architect for day-to-day changes. Global Stakeholder Management: Manage competing priorities across diverse markets (ANZ, SAF, ASEAN), driving consensus on standardized processes while accommodating critical local legal/regulatory needs. Mentorship & Collaboration: Act as a senior guide within the team, mentoring members to uplift their skills while collaborating closely with external stakeholders and partners to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery. Gap Analysis & Process Optimization: Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between current business processes and "To-Be" Salesforce capabilities. Challenge legacy thinking to identify concrete optimization opportunities. Adoption & Enablement: Create comprehensive documentation (process flows, training guides) and provide high-impact training to Super Users, ensuring the business captures the full value of the platform. Platform Stewardship: Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, proactively contributing to the platform''s strategic roadmap and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science , Business, Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in global Product Management, with a specialized focus on Salesforce or similar CRM/enterprise platforms. Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of experience specifically dedicated to Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. Certifications: Mandatory Salesforce Certified Administrator (Admin 201) certification; Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and App Builder certifications are highly desirable. Communication & Tooling: Proficiency in Product Management tools and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language. Financial Acumen: Robust understanding of financial management, specifically regarding business case development and budget oversight.
