Were looking for energetic and curious individuals with outstanding problem solving, communication and analytical skills who enjoy getting their hands dirty and thrive in uncertainty.As a Process and Driver Access Analyst in the Core Operations team, you will be delivering various projects aimed at strengthening Uber ANZs operations and compliance position in addition to streamlining the driver sign up process.Note: Whilst were ideally looking for someone with 1-2+ years worth of relevant experience, we are open to considering new grads.Looking for candidates with full availability, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and a minimum of 12 months of valid working rights.Role: Process and Driver Access AnalystLocation: SYD with hybrid work options available. Build Process. Deliver Impact.Compliance & Operational ExcellenceLead and execute data-heavy compliance processes using Google Sheets and SQL (training provided).Manage end-to-end delivery of process improvement initiatives with support from Core Ops Managers.Own timelines, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to drive execution.Collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and ensure project success.Oversee vendor management tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.Work with a high-performing team; challenge ideas and elevate issues when needed.Driver AccessSupport on investigating key metric fluctuations and lead rootcause remediation.Partner with Product to propose, test, and roll out onboarding improvements.Handle escalations related to driver onboarding and access issues.Contribute to strategic initiatives shaping the future of driver access.Who You Are:2+ years of experience in problem solving, data analysis (Excel/GSheets, SQL), and project delivery.Strong communicator with a track record of effective stakeholder management.Confident problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and fastchanging environments.Selfstarter with a high sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.Handson and resourceful, always ready to dig in and drive progress.Datadriven thinker who uses insights to inform smart decisions and continuous improvement.Collaborative and proactive teammate who supports others and builds trust.Capable of managing multiple priorities, using a riskbased approach to navigate tradeoffs.Problem solvingCritical thinkingProject managementGood verbal and written communication skillsData analysis in SQL and Gsheet (Excel)What to expect:Dont expect to find readily available answers - Youll have to let your curiosity drive and find answers for yourself through proactively reaching out to stakeholders you may have never met before and/ or analysis of data.This is NOT a data analyst role.
