Working closely with Nurse Unit Managers and the Nursing Director, youll contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, patient flow, resource management and quality systemshelping ensure safe, consistent and high-quality care for patients.This is a highly collaborative role where relationships matter. Youll partner with nurses and managers across SA Medical Imaging, CALHN and other LHNs, contributing to nursing workforce projects and supporting a positive, connected work culture. Based in Adelaide CBD with opportunities to work across metropolitan sites and occasional rural travel, this role offers variety, influence and the chance to make a meaningful impact beyond the bedside.About YouYoure a confident and capable nursing leader who brings clinical credibility, strong people skills and a passion for improving how care is delivered.
