Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, youll lead a small front-of-house team, oversee service operations, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.What Youll DoSupervise service periods and guide the FOH team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and eventsSet the tone for great service with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presenceWork closely with the kitchen team, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Julio''s team to maintain smooth communicationAssist with people development; check in conversations and annual performance reviewsRespond appropriately to guest complaints and concerns, solicit feedback and build relationships that drive continuous improvements in guest satisfactionPromote daily specials and upsell with genuine enthusiasmEnsure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food handling and responsible service of alcohol standardsAssisting with rostering colleagues in accordance with business forecasts and requirements, managing labor costs, and optimising shift efficiencyWhat We Need From YouExperience in a restaurant or hotel F&B environment with supervisory experienceResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Approved Manager licence (WA)Food Safety CertificateEngaging interpersonal and excellent communication skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detailPlanning in advance, ability to adapt and embrace unexpected operational situation changesExceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAvailable to work a rotational roster that includes early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, weekends and public holidaysProficient in point-of-sale Infosys and Opera.
