Position We are hiring a Counsellor (or Senior Counsellor) with flexible hours, parttime or fulltime. Salary ranges from $89,422 to $101,378 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging. Location: Berri. Who we are looking for Tertiary qualification (AQF level 7) in social work, psychology, counselling or a related discipline. Experience working with individuals, couples and families in a therapeutic context. Demonstrated experience providing counselling to those affected by family and domestic violence, including children and perpetrators. Bonus: AQF level 8 or 9 qualification, postgraduate degree, or experience in community services. What you will be doing Provide highquality counselling to individuals, couples and families, completing thorough risk assessments. Support clients experiencing complex issues and deliver group programs. Collaborate with other services, maintain clear case records, and contribute to culturally informed practice.
