About the opportunity Reporting to the Area Manager, your focus will be on delivering outstanding quality homes across multiple sites that exceed our customers'' expectations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Manage end to end ownership of 1216 home builds, ensuring each project progresses safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Coordinate materials and trades across multiple job sites to keep construction moving smoothly and on schedule. Inspect workmanship to maintain consistently high quality across all dwellings. Champion safety on site by ensuring all trades comply with company processes and WH&S legislation. Liaise with customers and councils as needed, completing all required documentation to support an exceptional project delivery experience. Capture weekly construction photos and updates to keep clients informed through their online portals. About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have: Demonstrated experience in the residential construction industry with supervising experience highly regarded. Strong project management and organisation skills. Knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes. Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner. Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fastpaced environment. Supervisor''s license and driver''s license.
