The Surveillance department at SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a customer focused individual with strong organisational skills and a high level of integrity to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including monitoring all activities within the casino and investigating matters to conclusion. You will need to have availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts over a 24/7 roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. About you Previous Surveillance experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided, however knowledge of Casino gaming and / or operations would be an advantage. Demonstrated customer service experience Sound mathematical and computing skills An enquiring mind with the tenacity to thoroughly investigate matters to a conclusion A systematic approach to problem solving The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster Whats in it for you?
