We are seeking a dynamic Patient Care Nurse to join our North Lakes team.About The RoleOur Patient Care nursing role is the perfect position for general practice nurses or newly graduated nurses/techs looking to advance their career in specialty nursing for the first time. This role focuses on providing patient care across our hospital teams including in general wards, ICU, surgery and medicine. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly supportive team of skilled nurses, technicians, anaesthetists and radiographers ready to support you through this exciting next step in your career.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and assisting with patient care including TPRs, following treatments protocols and medication administration.Supporting surgical, medicine and critical care teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.Utilising advanced diagnostic and medical equipment in collaboration with the nursing teams.This is a full-time position with a rotating roster that covers Monday to Friday (6 am to 7 pm) which includes a weekend shift rotation (currently one weekend per month).
