Boeing Defence Australia is seeking passionate, skilled technician to join the P8 Team, who are based at RAAF Base Edinburgh, SouthAustralia. This is your chance to work on the P-8A Poseidon a cuttingedge airborne surveillance, communications and maritime patrol system that protects Australia''s interests at sea and beyond. Why this role matters Play a vital role in safeguarding Australia''s maritime security by designing, upgrading and sustaining the P-8A fleet. Be at the forefront of multiple advanced capability upgrades coming to the platform over the next several years. Work in a dynamic, missionfocused environment supporting real operational outcomes for Defence. What You''ll Be Doing Deliver technical solutions for operational issues as well as modification support, rapid acquisition and address long term engineering investigations. Develop and evaluate technical documents and instructions. Liaise with defence stakeholders to support and find solutions for technical issues. Who We''re Looking For Qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience in an electrical/electronic discipline. Familiarity with engineering change processes.
