The successful applicant(s) will: Responsibilities As part of an interdisciplinary team, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate Occupational Therapy Services to clients in the clinical area of Spinal Outreach Services. Provide advanced clinical expertise to people with spinal cord injury (SCI) and their carers/family to enable self-management of the condition in the community, maintain function and prevent secondary complications. As part of the Spinal Outreach team, build the capacity of the community rehabilitation and disability service sector in meeting ongoing needs of people with SCI by providing advanced consultancy and education to clinicians in the community. Practice as a Senior Occupational Therapist in accordance with the Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements and SMHS policies and guidelines.
