If you thrive on variety and enjoy owning outcomes end-to-end, this is a role where you can make a real impact.Why Youll Love This RoleWork with a proudly Australian, global manufacturing business with strong valuesBe part of a supportive, collaborative national sales teamMake the role your own drive warm sales activity, build customer relationships and support major national accountsJoin an organisation with a reputation for service excellence and help us keep raising the barWhat Youll DoIn this role, youll be the engine behind our customer and sales operations, including:Sales & Customer GrowthManage incoming phone and email orders for our national customer baseBuild trusted relationships through warm call cycles, proactive follow-up and exceptional servicePromote PaperPaks stock range, print capabilities, online ordering tools and seasonal productsAssist walk-in showroom customers and identify new opportunities or emerging marketsCustomer Service & SupportDeliver outstanding service aligned to our Global Customer Service StandardsRespond to enquiries, send sample packs, manage complaints and ensure positive outcomesSupport national and regional teams with administrative and sales-related tasksOrder & Systems ManagementProcess orders accurately and efficiently in line with company policiesWork across multiple systems including Salesforce, MFG-PRO, Power BI and DetinformMonitor orders, track freight, manage back-orders and communicate updates to customersWhat Youll BringWere looking for someone who is experienced, confident and enjoys taking ownership.
