Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a program that aims to provide specialist support to people living with disabilities seeking employment. The Opportunity It is a combination of Diversity Recruitment Specialist and Workforce Retention consultant roles. The purpose of these roles is to build and maintain relationships with employers, ensuring employers are aware and open to hiring individuals with disabilities. You will focus on providing post placement support to participants ensuring they remain employed in their jobs and receive necessary support, tools and education to maintain a successful working relationship. Job type: Permanent Full-time, 38 hours per week Location: Caringbah and Rockdale NSW Salary: $65,866 per annum + super and $15,900 in salary packaging + monthly RDOs Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To Connecting participants/clients to inclusive job opportunities through reverse marketing. Undertaking assessments to determine the support needs of participants and facilitating job search workshops for groups using interactive methods, focusing on resume building, interview preparation and other employment readiness topics. Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions and compliance with all guidelines. Working with participants and employer to ensure smooth transition into the workplace, keeping both parties informed of key dates and servicing requirements. Essential Criteria Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Highly developed administrative and organisational skills Ability to work in a target based, fast paced environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people across different cultures and backgrounds Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team High level of computer literacy Satisfactory background checks including Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of and commitment to child safe standards and mandatory reporting requirements Current drivers licence (minimum P2) Comprehensive Car Insurance and Motor Vehicle Registration We are wanting to hear from candidates who enjoy providing a positive customer and client experience, thrive in a target-based environment, are motivated by exceeding their professional and personal goals.
