Co-Morbidity Case WorkerDate: 27 Jan 2026Location: Armidale, NSW, AU, 2350Requisition ID: 2015About UsThe St Vincent de Paul Society is a leading provider of community support services, who are committed to serving people in need in our community and shaping a more just and compassionate society.SCHCADS Award hourly rates ranging from $44$48Part-time 30.4 hours per week, until 30 June 2027Based in Tamworth: involves travel throughout the New England RegionNot-for-profit tax free salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home payYour RoleAs a Co-Morbidity Case Worker, you will play a key role in delivering specialist mental health and psychosocial support to clients accessing Rosalie House, Freeman House and the New England Alcohol and Other Drug Outreach Program.
