The work of our Registered Native Title Body Corporate is directed by our cultural leaders and Karajarri Traditional Owners in line with our vision: Karajarri people living well on Country.WHO YOU AREExperienced at working with rangers and/or communities, communicating and consulting in a culturally appropriate manner.Committed to working collaboratively with peers to train, develop and empower ranger teams.Experienced with managing Learning Management Systems, standard operating procedures and safety managment systems.Understanding of how adults learn, experienced at developing and implementing individual and group learning activities.Whilst not mandatory, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or preparedness to complete would be favourably viewed.THE POSITIONReporting to the Land and Sea Manager, the TDC will collaborate with and support the IPA Coordinator, Heritage Coordinator, Ranger Coordinators, Senior Rangers and Traditional Owners to ensure that all training and development activities are driven by Karajarri priorities for Country, culture and community.The primary goal is to ensure that all staff are not just work-ready but are actively participating in a structured development plan in support of their individual career aspirations and identified development activities.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCoordinate all training and development activities for the Land and Sea Management team (and other departments as directed) including accredited and non-accredited programs.Plan, coordinate, monitor and report on all capacity building activities across the organization.Support redeveloped Head Ranger roles, newly formalized Specialist roles for senior rangers and support new and existing rangers.Provide mentoring and work-readiness support to Rangers, with a strong focus on leadership and pathways to specialist skills.Lead the development and maintenance of individual Ranger development plans and capability assessments.Work with partners and training providers to deliver high-quality, culturally appropriate learning opportunities on and off Country.Facilitate ranger exchanges and coordinate attendance and participation at conferences.Support the IPA Coordinator and Land and Sea Manager with the integration of training activities into workplans and reporting to funders.Pre-Employment Checks - Must Be Maintained Throughout EmploymentCurrent:Driver''s Licence - manual.Working with Children Check (WWC).National Police Clearance.Possess and maintain a level of physical fitness.Pre-employment medical may be required prior to and/or during employment.What We OfferA base salary of between $83.2k to $94.1k (FTE) per annum - subject to your skills, qualifications, and experience.The total remuneration package will be dependent on the level aligned to your skills, experience and quals, and will be in the range of:$99.4k-$102.6k TO$112.9k-$115.2k per annum (FTE)The remunderation package includes 12% superannuation, 4-weeks Annual Leave with 17.5% Leave Loading, 1-week Remote Leave, Annual Airfare Allowance, District Allowance, Mobile Phone Allowance and Salary Packaging.Please note:The remuneration package may be negotiable for a successful applicant exceeding all the essential criteria in relation to experience, skills and qualifications.If #J-18808-Ljbffr
