Overview Your role at St John of God Health CareAs a Digital Learning Administrator working as part of the Organisational Development team you will provide high level and practical guidance for the organisations HRIS, with primary responsibility for Workday Learning and support for Workday Performance and Workday Talent and other digital learning systems. You will help ensure these systems are well managed, fit for purpose and support effective learning performance and development across the organisation. Additionally you will support the design and delivery of learning and performance development experiences that build capability, and meet caregiver needs. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisations digital learning platforms, including Workday Learning, and its integration with Workday Performance and Workday Talent. Facilitate the upskilling of hospital and service L&D teams to enable self-service capability, including running reports and meeting individual hospital/services needs. This includes leading drop in and education sessions, and building fit for purpose, flexible reports to support organisational requirements. Influence standardised reporting and support stakeholder analysis relating to compliance, user progress, performance and course completion. Proactively collaborate with internal and external parties to remove inefficiencies and improve configuration, access, maintenance, interoperability, documentation, functionality and service delivery across Workday Learning and associated modules. Drive ongoing platform development to enhance accessibility and the end-user experience. Maintain and review the framework and governance criteria for the learning, performance and talent platforms, including digital learning and development approaches supported through Workday. Manage, triage and escalate support requests through the ticketing system, addressing technical issues related to Workday Learning and associated systems. Provide context, explanation and remedial support for caregivers and the L&D community, including escalation to internal teams and vendor support services when required. Manage the support and maintenance of the Digital Learning Environment, including Workday, Cherwell, Student Placement Management System, Organisational Development intranet pages and related educational technology services. In consultation with the team develop, review, test, quality-assure and publish online learning programs and resources in the digital learning environment. Identify and resolve technical issues relating to development, deployment and publishing of digital content. Develop training resources for the L&D Community (training the trainers) and caregivers, including guides and videos to support the use of Workday Learning, Performance and Talent and other digital learning tools and resources. Maintain and expand the L&D catalogue and other key resource material, ensuring high quality and user-friendly outputs supporting key Organisational Development strategies. Source, develop and implement high-quality, contemporary digital learning solutions, using a range of approaches (including simulation, video, animation, and gamification) to support broader organisational development deliverables. You will have extensive experience and knowledge in the administration and support of learning management systems (LMS), preferably Workday Learning, and experience designing learning solutions. Additionally you will have experience in the integration (planning, testing, and implementation) of new technology updates and third-party supported products as well as proven experience in configuring, creating and managing reports and documentation for the learning environment. To succeed you will possess relevant qualifications in education, digital learning or Workday (including Workday Pro Certifications) or a related field, or have extensive relevant experience. It is highly regarded if you have experience using authoring software such as Articulate 360 suite, and/or have experience working in the healthcare industry.
