With expertise in transit systems, rail, infrastructure, and digital technologies, they are committed to creating greener, smarter transport networks that connect communities and minimise environmental impact.About the Role:A rare standalone Senior HR Advisor opportunity has opened within their team, based in Perth CBD. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the primary HR partner for the division in WA, providing hands-on guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, investigations, policy application, and key people metrics. This high-impact role is pivotal in shaping and driving all people initiatives across the project portfolio.Well look to you for:Project ramp up (HCS) and project ramp down (BHP) with a portfolio mix of white and blue collar (small HCS workforce at Nowergup)Redeployments (BHP SSA)Probable redundancies effective managementProviding coaching and advice to all levels of management (PDs and their teams)Cyclical HR activities like MyPerformance and Salary reviewMinimal ER/IR work; but capability/experience is importantAudits and business reportingInterface with HR COEs like TA, Talent Dev, Comp and Ben etcHR admin such as operations, case management, contracts etcAll about you:Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Strong generalist HR background gained in engineering, construction, resources, or major project environments.Comfortable and credible working autonomously as the sole HR presence across a project or portfolio.Highly effective at building relationships and influencing outcomes in complex or matrixed organisations.Track record of delivering large-scale workforce planning, mobilisation, and resourcing on tight project timelines.Thorough, current knowledge of Australian workplace laws, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and IR landscape.Outstanding communication, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.Note:Full time opportunity 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH. #J-18808-Ljbffr
