This role is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition plans focused on attracting highly qualified candidates and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. Key duties include developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.In this role, you will partner effectively with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders. Your expertise in sourcing and recruitment will be instrumental in securing the talent required to drive the company''s growth and long-term success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and calibrate on ideal candidates.Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear and timely communication, ongoing engagement, and positive representation of CareDx.Cultivate and maintain extensive talent networks to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership, offering critical insights and guidance on hiring decisions.Ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and reliable information.BA/BS degree and 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with strong sourcing background.Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or gene or cell therapy sectors.Experience recruiting and sourcing for various roles, including leadership positions.A proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage significant requisition loads.Expertise in developing and maintaining strong pipelines for current and future openings, using sourcing channels and tools.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the latest recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.$116,000 - $150,000 USDThis is the anticipated base salary range in the United States.
