Product Manager UMR Sales & Marketing Support This is a key position responsible for the administration of the UMR (Underground) capital equipment business. Including quote management, seeking approval for the booking, and releasing of product for customer sales, working with other business lines on local modifications for the Australian market. Supporting the greater UMR business and sales team as required. Key Responsibilities Understand and perform all administrative process required from ordering equipment from the factory to customer delivery. Work with the Australian Product Delivery team on local builds to maintain agreed delivery dates, costs, and quality. Maintain quote templates with the latest information. Administration of equipment in the UMR Underground Hire Fleet. Become well versed in UMR (Underground) products and their available options. Update the sales team as required. Engage with the other product managers around marketing and conferences. Develop a understanding of the other business lines and how their product interacts/fits with capital equipment sales. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders; foster positive relationship with the other business lines to maximize all Epiroc opportunities. Attributes Computer competent, use of Word, Excel and PDF. Project management an advantage. Technical background is advantageous. Mining and related industries will be well-regarded.
