We are seeking an experienced Shutdown Superintendent to manage all aspects of the daily operational requirements specifically around Scaffolding, coatings, cladding and NDT. This role will be based on our project-based site in the Collie area just outside of Bunbury WA. In this role the Superintendent will provide advice, mentoring, leadership and direction to supervisors and staff to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our system and solutions. This will include, but not limited to; operations, systems, planning, estimating, execution, and implementation support. This is a residential role, no DIDO or FIFO to the Perth Metro area. Key Responsibilities Working closely with clients, project managers, site managers & HSEQ BP in defining project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing, and deliverables. Provide leadership to employees and ensure they have the required knowledge & tools to supervise maintenance safely & efficiently. Ensure compliance to approved budget and manage costs in line with the budget. Assist with planning client schedules, estimating the costs and aligning this with operational requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and people skills Strong Access and Scaffold operations experience Experience dealing/coordinating Sheetmetal, insulation, paint and blast crews Extensive knowledge in the tasks of the works being executed that they are supervising including the equipment being used; Experience on a site subject to Mine Regulations requirements Demonstrated experience in effective HSEQ management Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge Ability to manage large team numbers About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
