We produce a full range of grain and grass-fed beef categories and export to more than 40 countries worldwide.Your RoleAs the Weighbridge Operator, youll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the feedlot. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this position combines weighbridge operations with administrative and front-of-house support. This role suits someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage weighbridge operations, including cattle and commodity movements and accurate data entry.Direct truck drivers and coordinate deliveries on site.Conduct grain sampling and basic quality testing.Answer incoming calls, greet visitors and manage general enquiries.Organise incoming and outgoing mail and parcel deliveries.Prepare weekly and monthly reports.Provide administrative support, including maintaining filing systems, contact lists and assisting with new employee onboarding.Who Were Looking ForA friendly, approachable and professional communicator.Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.Reliable, diligent and able to manage competing priorities.Comfortable working in a feedlot or operational environment.Why Join UsCompetitive salary package.Stable Monday to Friday work schedule.Training and development opportunities.Supportive, team-oriented workplace.Exclusive staff discounts on Stanbrokes premium meat products.A stable, well-established company to build your career with.Does this sound like you?
