Auto Parts Interpreter Interpret parts, process customer orders, dispatch products & parts; be the first point of contact for our customers. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide. Duties include: Interpret parts to DIY customers Process customer orders Picking & Packing orders Putting stock away Efficiently dispatch products and parts Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
