About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical design and development of mining equipment, from concept through to detailed design and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the R&D team, operations, and fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and fit for purpose in demanding mining environments. Your work will directly contribute to improving equipment performance, reliability, and safety across our operations.
