We are based in Sydney and seek experienced Service Representatives to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of assets.With a focus on Cooling, you will support an expanding Customer portfolio across growing markets, minimising downtime and maximising reliability. You will receive high-quality training, team support, engaged management, and ongoing development that supports your career ambitions as we harness technology to make an impact.This exciting career opportunity will see youCompleting a variety of field service tasks across the Sydney area and broader NSW regionCollaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasksCommissioning, site testing, system upgrades and ad-hoc troubleshootingProviding technical support and specialist advice to a broad Customer baseActing as a role model in relation to HS&E requirements and adherence to internal processesDocumenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory managementIdentifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirementsOur ideal candidate will possessCertificate III Air Conditioning and RefrigerationCurrent Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle)Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance positionProven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when requiredA technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologiesWell-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooterDemonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risksThose with Electrical Licence or Refrigeration Handling Licence will be viewed favourablyAll applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.Schneider Electric does not accept unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles from external agencies or suppliers.
