Position Title: Staff Specialist PsychiatristLocation: Brisbane - West, Ipswich regionMultiple permanent full-time positions available!The Forensic and Secure service team provides clinical care within the 70 beds in the High Security Inpatient Service, 34 beds in the Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Service and 20 beds in the Extended Forensic Treatment and Rehabilitation Unit or Prison Mental Health Service or Statewide Mental Health Intellectual Disability Service.This role will provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team in the High Security Inpatient Service to ensure that high quality mental health care is provided in a coordinated and efficient manner by a capable work force.Mandatory Requirements:Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia.
