City Cave is a multi-service wellness centre that offers our customers an escape from the overstimulated world we live in to find their journey of health. Promoting preventive and proactive services like floatation therapy, infrared saunas, and massage therapy.We are seeking a hard-working individual to assist in operating our wellness centre.Some of the things you''ll be doing are:Customer service (our number one priority, along with customer experience)Booking system management, phone bookings, sales callsPreparing and dressing rooms for customersCentre tidiness and cleaningKey skills/values we are looking for are:GREAT interpersonal skills & empathy (with a heart for serving others)Genuine interest in people, health and wellnessAbility to work alone and take initiative in a fast-paced environmentBooking system, CRM, admin and point of sale.
