The right candidate will be someone who understands the importance of collaboration, ownership, integrity and excellent customer service.What the role involvesResponsible for delivering a pure growth model of high value new business by actively identifying, hunting and acquiring new opportunities within the Australian marketWorking closely with the Australian Managing Director and Infopro Digital Automotive executive team to develop and implement challenging but achievable sales and marketing strategies for the Austral territoryIdentifying key stakeholders within potential new customers and building long lasting relationshipsAttending conferences, trade shows and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trendsDevelopment and delivery of professional proposals and presentationsDelivery of formal account management programsDevelop realistic revenue and expense budgets and forecasts with P&L responsibilityRequirementsIdeally you will have prior experience in a senior position within the automotive industry:A sound understanding of the automotive repair and aftermarket or Automotive Lubricants industryProven track record of success in delivering high value new businessExceptional communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations)Outstanding customer relationship skillsHigh level of computer literacyFirst class planning, organisational and administrative skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels (with a focus on senior management decision makers) in a wide range of organisationsDemonstrable track record of national and major customer business development and relationship management with P&L responsibilityExperience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting and planning and a thorough understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomesBenefitsWe know great people make great companies.As part of the Infopro Digital group, Haynes Australia is defined by people and passion, and powered by knowledge and innovation.
