This role is a parental leave backfill position.This role will be responsible for providing employee relations support to employees and other key stakeholder groups. The Employee Relations Consultant will partner closely with HR business partners on all employee related issues and serves as a subject matter expert on employee relations matters across Australia and New Zealand.The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in end-to-end management of complex employee relations matters, including grievance and misconduct investigations, and performance management. Previous experience in interpreting and advising on employment/labour laws is preferable.What you''ll do .Your key responsibilities will include the following:Advising and managing employee relations cases, including in relation to disciplinary matters, performance management and grievancesReviewing and updating employee relations policies to ensure compliance and alignment with legislative changesDrafting and reviewing employment documentationManage workplace investigations for a range of mattersSupporting employee and labour relations project work including in relation to risk management, compliance, and process improvementQualificationsITS ALL ABOUT YOUTo be successful, you will have already gained extensive experience in a similar capacity. You demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within our matrix business locally, and regionally/globally. You have a demonstrable history of developing strong business partnerships and successful collaboration.
