About the roleThis position is offered on a permanent part -time basis working the following 3 days/ week Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and will be based in Sydney''s CBDUniting Counselling and Mediation has a long history of high-quality service delivery, being well regarded, and connected with Family Law stakeholders. As a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, you''ll provide a range of interventions to families'' post-separation who are experiencing various levels of conflict and are unable to reach agreements regarding parenting arrangements for their children and/or the distribution of property. These interventions include mediation, therapeutic mediation, legally assisted mediation and child inclusive practice within the context of the Family Law Act. Innovative telehealth and digital options are just some of Uniting''s innovating ways of providing services to families. You will be working with a dynamic team of therapists and FDRPs to support separated families.About YouAccredited by the Australian Attorney-General''s Department (AGD) as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, or eligibility to apply for accreditation. Applicants who are unsure of eligibility should contact the AGD Practitioner Accreditation Unit.
