It all adds up to The New Equation.About the OpportunityIn Assurance, you''ll find yourself working alongside a team of proud and inspired people who thrive in a culture where they feel included, where respectful challenge is encouraged and where you will gain a world-class development experience to build skills for the future.As a National Pursuits and Proposals Coordinator and a core Assurance Markets team member, you''ll support our lead partners, directors and extended client-facing teams to deliver compelling proposal responses by adopting PwC''s pursuit framework. At the heart of all you do will be ensuring a client-first mindset and a relentless commitment to quality.Working closely with the team''s Senior Pursuits and Proposal Coach, in this role, you will support the proposal process end-to-end on our most strategic and priority opportunities. From proposal qualification; guidance on developing value propositions and win themes; proposal project coordination; content sourcing and development; compliance checks; production and delivery support; and ensuring post-decision reviews are undertaken. You will deliver impact by:Proposal coordination - your great organisation, project management skills and attention to detail from preparing and driving the end-to-end proposal plan and timeline, ensuring all key milestones and firm protocols are adhered to and running regular status meetings to keep client-facing teams energised through to submission.Supporting the day-to-day tasks and activities to develop high quality, compelling and compliant proposal documents - including master document creation; sourcing or creating relevant boilerplate content; CV coordination; organising peer reviews and working closely with the client-facing team to coordinate relevant content input.Organising and contributing to essential proposal workshops and meetings - the kick-off meeting; storyboard session; value proposition and win themes development; through to pitch preparation; and rehearsals.Forging effective and trusted stakeholder alliances across the firm - to facilitate required inputs and support including Subject Matter Specialists plus Legal; Quality; Risk; Pricing; and Creative Design Services.Maintaining and enriching reusable content, templates and proposal databases - including ensuring proposal best practice examples and helpful content is captured and up-to-date to support the Assurance team.Encouraging a continuous improvement culture - by ensuring internal lessons learnt are documented, successes are celebrated, and a post-decision review is undertaken after the proposal submission.About youYou have experience in a similar role or a role that demonstrates your project management skills and can-do attitude. Experience in a professional services environment is preferred but not essential. You can present a proven track record of coordinating teams to deliver desired outcomes; seamlessly managing multiple projects and stakeholders and working independently to meet tight deadlines. You pride yourself on your ability to quickly forge effective stakeholder alliances at all levels. Further, you showcase excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills - and are proficient at proofreading, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and quality control.Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you''re ready to help our Markets team enable Assurance deliver meaningful value to clients.
