In this role you will be part of and based out of our Gunnedah Workshop, however majority of your role will see you working between multiple sites supervising major works, shutdowns and ensuring the safety of your team of tradesmen.Reporting to the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:Coordinating major shut down projects through effective planning, resourcing and communication with key stakeholdersAssist in the preparation of work scopes, costing, scheduling, project planning and execution to completionEnsuring all reporting needs and administrative functions required by the company and the customer are completed promptly and regularlySupervise the accuracy and timeliness of time sheets and sub-contract documentation to enable prompt job costingIdentification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibilityTo be successful you will need:Prior experience in a supervisory, project management or technical role with Mining Equipment in the mining industry or with a related OEMAppropriate Trade / Post Trade Qualifications and related Product TrainingIntermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reportsGood communication skillsHave a safety focus and abide by site safety processesRelevant Trade Certificate - Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter - Earthmoving/Heavy Transport) coupled with extensive experience and knowledge in repairing, servicing and maintaining mobile plant equipmentStrong ability to adapting yourself to different teams, rosters, environments and workloadsEnsure that you provide 100% Customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.In return you will receive:A competitive hourly rate + super + paid travel + overtime (where required) and the potential to earn bi-annual bonusesA collaborative and flexible roster with a real focus on work/life balanceAccess to ongoing OEM training and benefitsExcellent safe working conditionsDiscounted health insurance premiumsGreat employee benefits including exclusive staff discounts on a range of products and servicesVideo
