Due to company growth, CareSouth is looking for an experienced Caseworker to support two residential homes located in Queanbeyan in a fulltime permanent capcityA day in the life of a CaseworkerAs a Caseworker you will be a part of a team which works dynamically across the child protection spectrum. A typical day could include:You will work closely with the young people in our OOHC service to support the development of their independent living skills, engagement with education, social skills and community engagement.You will participate in planning and delivery of structured activities, play an active role in implementing and supporting household routinesSupportive collaboration with a diverse team to share knowledge and insight to help achieve best outcomes for children and young peopleDocumenting children and young people''s goals, journey and milestonesHelping children and young people achieve permanency so they have a home for life.Do you want to be a part of something great?At CareSouth, we recognise that the work you do every day is what makes our organisation great.
