MaxiParts is one of Australia''s largest commercial truck and trailer parts companies. )Our Host, with sites located in Sunshine and Truganina, has an entry level, Automotive Parts Interpreter Apprenticeship to commence immediately. To secure this role you will need the following skills and personal attributes:* Strong communication and sales skills* Possess a mechanical/automotive aptitude.* Enjoy working in a team and be highly motivated.* Demonstrate initiative and be motivated in the workplaceYou will be completing a Certificate III Automotive Sales and be trained in the following areas:* Customer service and communication skills.* Interpret and order parts.* Ability to learn and identify the make, model and variations of truck trailer equipment.* Ability to check catalogues or computer databases to identify and locate the source of required parts.* Ability and willingness to prepare invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock and process cash and credit transactions.* Participate in stocktaking and update computer data accurately and efficiently.Mandatory requirements* Must have a driver''s licence* Must be an Australian Citizen or have the right to work in AustraliaAi Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees and places them with Host Organisations.
