Our menu''s made to fit all kinds of diets with easy on-the-go options and always a healthy variety of choices.*Your gig*Reporting to the Operations Manager, you''ll be key in bringing global brand ''Kauai'' to Australia. You''ll manage and oversee operational requirements of allocated Kauai casual restaurant stores and drive a happy and high performing team to achieve results._In a nutshell -_* You will be responsible for the day to day performance of the initial three Kauai stores* You''ll ensure monthly sales, labour, food cost and P&L reports are delivered accurately on time and within budget* You''ll conduct stock take audits bi-weekly and ensure follow ups are conducted for unsuccessful audits within set time frames* You''ll respond to and follow up on all customer complaints with heartfelt service in a timely manner* You''ll ensure all stores practice correct food safety, sanitation procedures and ensure any repairs and maintenance are actioned for a clean and safe work environment* You''ll review operational records and reports of stores to project sales and determine store profitability* You''ll co-ordinate sales and promotional activities of stores to ensure sales budgets are achieved* You''ll recruit, induct and train all new starters in line with Kauai standards* You''ll provide support, feedback and coaching to Managers and their teams on food product, procedures and standards* You''ll identify, plan, implement and monitor personal development of Managers* You''ll submit reviewed and accurate payroll information*All about you** You have 5+ years of relevant and aligned leadership experience.* You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all.* You know what it''s like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and the value of a well-oiled machine.* You are people-focused.
