It all adds up to The New Equation.About the OpportunityRole Requirements:Program coordination of the foundation assurance curriculum for core audit assurance capabilities.Primary Relationships:Foundation Curriculum Program Content Manager and Assurance Business Learning teamShared Service Centre teamAssurance HC team (including Early Careers Recruitment & Resource ManagementBusiness Operations ManagersAudit tutors (shared relationship with Content Manager) - TBCAudit Foundation Curriculum learners.Key Responsibilities:Program coordination of the audit foundation curriculum:Work with Audit Foundation Curriculum Content Manager to operationalise a standardised learning experience for all "foundation years" learnersEnsuring each "foundation years" learner in Audit is enrolled on the correct pathway while maintaining quality user experience and interactionWork with HC to confirm and communicate learners have completed relevant training prior to submission of promotion business case to Senior AssociateWork with Early Careers Recruitment and xLos Business Learning teams to program coordinate a consistent graduate & vacationer development experience for graduates in AssuranceProgram coordinate Tutor Academy and the continuous learning approach for tutors and facilitators within AssuranceWork with the shared services team via ServiceNow for all program administration within the menu of services guidelines.Experience and Required Skills:Strong project management & communication skillsStrong numerical, excel and digital skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsAttention to detailSystems mindsetAbility to prioritise according to needsAble to identify, plan for and respond to potential challenges and risksTo solve important problems we need to aim for the inclusion of our diverse talent.
