Working within the highly reputable Valuation & Advisory team in Brisbane, this senior role will allow you to utilise your expertise and experience undertaking specialised valuations.There is huge potential to expand Savills capabilities in the going concern sector, leveraging off one of the most successful Valuations teams in Australia and highly regarded pub agency team. Savills is fortunate to advise the largest pub owners in Australia and provides valuation advice across many national property portfolios.Key responsibilities will include;Providing a variety of valuation and property consultancy services to many clients, with a focus on banking and institutional clients within the motel, caravan parks and pub sectorUndertaking valuations for financial reporting, mortgage and acquisition purposesSeek panel appointments with major lendersPrepare sales analysisMeet valuation and project deadlines to ensure the highest standards of serviceMaintaining a comparable sales and trading benchmark database for all hospitality propertyMaintaining an understanding of both local and national hospitality marketsWork alongside our going concern valuers in NSW, QLD, VIC and SAParticipate in the development of business relationships to provide services and identify business opportunities, including attending industry eventsWhat Sets You Apart Completed a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar and be a Certified Practising ValuerRegistered Valuer under the Valuers Registration ActPrevious experience specialising in going concern valuationsExemplary written and verbal communication skillsHigh level skills in Microsoft software packagesWillingness to self-promote their skills and meet face to face with existing and potential clientsExceptional organisational skills and professional presentationProactive work ethic and attention to detailStrong analytical skills and a good problem solverWhat Sets Us Apart We actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
