About the role A CFC Team Member plays an important role in the flow of products moving through the CFC into a customer''s bag. So, what does it take? A keen eye for detail and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.The workstations throughout a CFC vary across ambient, chilled and freezer environments and can include decanting items to go into the hive, to packing a customer''s order into bags.Behind every individual contribution is a team-first approach all the way. This means you''ll be backed by supportive leaders who want to see you thrive. And underpinning this caring culture is technology unique to this centre, which reduces some of the heavy lifting that may be required in the role.Responsibilities include:Bagging - Putting bags into totes ready to be packedDekit - Managing empty totes to go back into the hiveTote Washing - Inspecting and cleaningtotesDecanting - Removingstock from packaging to go into thehive. Across ambient, chilled and freezer stationsPicking - Picking and packing customer orders across ambient, chilled and freezer stationsFrame Loading - Managingframes.
