That''s where you come in...ABOUT THE POSITIONSWe have a range of rewarding opportunities for adaptable, enthusiastic team members who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy variety in their day. Some positions will begin in February, with the majority starting in April. Most Lodges and Camps are set to close in September, while a select few will extend until November.While we''re currently recruiting a large number of Camp/Lodge Attendants, we''re also seeking talented individuals with additional skills to fill a selection of specialised hybrid roles at some of our locations.Camp/Lodge Attendants (All-Rounders)Our Attendants are the heartbeat of our operations, providing exceptional guest experiences across multiple areas:Provide exceptional food and beverage serviceComplete housekeeping and laundry duties to luxury standardsWelcome and farewell guests with warmth and professionalismAssist with dishwashing and general cleaning as neededMaintain lodge and camp facilities, including vehicles and staff areasHYBRID POSITIONSChef/AttendantCombine your culinary skills with a little extra variety:Perform all Camp/Lodge Attendant dutiesCook for guests and staff when requiredSupport the Head Chef and cover days offAssist with menu planning, meal prep, and kitchen hygieneWash dishes and ensure compliance with food safety standardsMaintenance/AttendantUse your hands-on skills to keep our properties in top condition:Perform all Camp/Lodge Attendant dutiesConduct minor maintenance and repairs (e.g. plumbing, lighting, fixtures)Assist with landscaping and general upkeep of the property and common areasReport and assist in diagnosing larger maintenance issuesCarry out routine safety and equipment checksNature Guide/AttendantBring the Outback to life through storytelling and exploration:Perform all Camp/Lodge Attendant dutiesLead safe, informative, and engaging guided toursCollaborate with Indigenous guides where applicableShare insights about native flora, fauna, and local historySafely drive guests to and from their destinations and excursionsWhat will make you stand out to us?Current Food Safety CertificateResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)Medium or Heavy Rigid Driver''s LicenceCurrent Passenger Driver Authority/LicenceChainsaw licenceForklift licenceProven experience in luxury or high-end hospitality or tourismA love for nature and the great outdoorsA positive attitude and strong team focusREMOTE LIVINGOur camps and lodges are located in some of Australia''s most remote regions. Many cannot be accessed by road instead, you''ll be flown to site from Darwin or Cairns via our private aviation network.
