Job Description

Join our Payroll Department (Rates Team) and play a key role in delivering accurate rate quotations, award interpretation services and administrative support. In this role, you''ll support multiple areas of the business, including Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, as well as Apprenticeship and Traineeship services. Your strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and commitment to quality will ensure we continue to deliver high-quality service.What you will do;Determine and maintain pay rates and client charge-out rates in line with applicable awards, enterprise agreements, and contractual terms.Incorporate loadings, allowances, penalty rates, and other award conditions into pay and charge rate structures.Review and update rates in response to Fair Work increases, EBA changes, and legislative amendmentsEnsure compliance with relevant contracts, service standards, and codes of practice, and assist with audits and compliance reviews relating to payroll and pay ratePrepare accurate and timely internal and external reports in collaboration with the Payroll teamProvide data-driven analysis, insights, and recommendations such as efficiency, compliance, and service improvements.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.About YouYou enjoy diving into documentation to ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
