In this newly created, high-impact role, you''ll be our subject matter expert and trusted leaderresponsible for driving an ambitious FS&Q agenda, delivering against bold targets, and championing innovation and best practices. As the APACSA representative on our Global Food Safety and Quality Leadership Team, you''ll collaborate across continents, influence senior stakeholders, and play a critical part in building a world-class, future-ready FS&Q organization. Develop and implement FS&Q strategies that align with overall McCain business objectives, including clear functional plans, delegated responsibilities, and robust reporting channels.Champion ambitious quality and safety targets, ensuring product consistency across all categories and channels. Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver action plans, facilitate best practice sharing, and support FS&Q talent development in the APACSA region.Ensure key products consistently meet consumer specifications by leading and coaching multi-functional teams, establishing clear business quality objectives, and creating transparent action plans for achievement.Drive compliance with all food safety and quality standardswhether company, regulatory, or third partyby establishing and auditing robust processes, working closely with cross-functional leaders, and ensuring effective corrective action when required.Contribute to the ongoing development of the FS&Q organizational structure by supporting talent management, training, succession planning, and ensuring the team has the right skill mix for both current and future business needs.What you''ll need to be successful. 15+ years'' experience in Food Safety & Quality, leading teams in matrixed, global environmentsStrong operational mindset; quickly builds credibility across the businessSkilled in influencing cross-functional decision-makingBusiness-savvy leader, driving strategic and operational FS&Q excellenceDeep expertise in HACCP, Sanitary Design, Sanitation, and Quality AssuranceBuilds effective cross-functional partnerships to drive resultsExperienced in turnarounds and leading region-wide quality strategiesProven success in improving quality functions and stakeholder engagementStrong interpersonal skills; collaborates across diverse teams and culturesEffective in complex, multi-functional business settingsHigh initiative with a track record of inspiring and motivating teamsExperienced change leader in food quality and operational upgradesAbout the team.You''ll be joining a high-performing and collaborative team that prides itself on delivering results while maintaining a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
