In this physical role, you will proactively move around the resort undertaking various general maintenance tasks and repairs to keep the resort property in great condition, which includes our cabins, caravan & camping sites, property grounds, pool, children''s playground, camp kitchen, laundry facilities and more.This could be just the right role for you?As a Handyperson, your key responsibilities include:Carry out general day to day property & building maintenance & repairs, painting, pool maintenance, general plumbing/drainage, water system, air-conditioning split systems maintenance, gardening & landscaping, planting, mowing & general cleaningOperating the tractor to move caravans on/off site & through the resort, drive company vehicles and truck (under 12 tonne)Use tools, equipment and maintain OHS standards adhering to policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and tidy work spaceThis role is casual, with flexibility required to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
