SOUL ORIGIN ELIZABETH STORE:Soul Origin Elizabeth is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated BARISTAS AND SUPERVISIOR to join the teamDo you have a passion for coffee? Then this role is for you As a Soul Origin Barista and Supervisior, you''ll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. You''ll be responsible for: Serving our Soul Origin customers. Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages. Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly. A minimum of 8 months experience as a Barista A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers Ability to work as a team You''ll be completing general duties such as serving salads, breads and soups. You''ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety Maintaining stock levels Assisting with recruitment and training needs Leading a small team to give our Soul Origin customers an excellent experience. Responding to customer enquiries as required An approachable demeanour and good communication skills Good attention to detail and cash handling skills You''ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices An understanding of Specialty Coffee will be highly regardedPlease reference the position you are applying for and your availability when applying.Only suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview.
