Job DescriptionProviding food and beverage service to guests in our restaurants, barand conference spacesKnowing the menu,ensuring we meet special dietary needs or preferences, and making recommendationsand suggestionsCommunicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintainedMaintaining clean and safe workspaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followedWhat we are looking forGreat communication skills & presentation and for F&B Attendants, confidence to engage with guestsA genuine interest in food and beverage as well as in our local Melbourne areaDemonstrated ability to work as part of a teamExperience in a food and beverage venue is preferable, but a passion for providing great guest experiences is what will really make you stand out QualificationsThe availability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings (from 6am),late evenings (up to 11pm)and on weekends and public holidaysCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handler qualifications (or prepared to obtain)Knowledge of H+L point of sale system would be an advantage, however not mandatoryYou must have current working rights in Australia.
