As you know, our CFC distribution teams play a big role in our business.You''ll be joining a highly motivated team that prides itself on having a super-fast supply chain network unloading, sorting product.What you''ll be doing:Identify opportunities to deliver safety stratecic objectives.Manage site safety incidents - investigate, document and implement outcomes in collabration with stakeholders.Administration of reported and identified risks and hazards are investigated, actioned and escalated where applicable.Support operational teams with safety complience through effective coaching and mentoring.Manage and coordinate essential safety measures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes of practice.Influence and enhance engagement across the site.Positive change agent through continuous improvememnt championing innovation.
