You''ll navigate a high volume of calls and correspondence from customers, brokers, and insurance providers, ensuring every interaction is smooth and efficient.This role involves managing claims, resolving inquiries and complaints, and maintaining compliance with state legislation. You''ll deliver exceptional customer service while mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly. Comprehensive training will set you up for success.
